Return Policy: Sales on all used equipment are final. Contact us as to why you were unsatisfied with your purchase and we will do our best to offer a partial store credit return based on the circumstances. New equipment may be returned within 30 days of purchase. 

Price-Matching Policy: If you find an exact match of one of our items to another established store (excluding eBay and other individual seller-dependent sites such as SidelineSwap and Mercari) we will offer you an exclusive-to-that-item, one-time discount code that will be slightly cheaper than the alternative. An example would be finding a used 33" BBCOR Bat at Play It Again Sports (exact model and size) for $15 cheaper than our store. We will consider shipping and email you an exclusive code based on comparative evaluation. Our team is quick and will answer you within 24 hours. 

Trade In Policy in depth: As mentioned in the Trade In Your Gear page, images must be emailed to nextroundgear@gmail.com along with reasons to why you are wanting to trade in your item(s) along with any additional defects, notes (i.e. rattle in bat). Once arrived at our address, we will inspect your item(s) and as long as they match your description and images, we will email deliver your store credit within 24 hours. If there is any problem with your item(s), we will email you what problems we have discovered and mention a newly composed store-credit offer. If the new offer is denied, we will ship your item back to you. This is avoidable however, with clear descriptions and images.
